Vidyodaya Trust felicitates the Teachers on the occasion of the National Teachers’ Day on 5th September 2020 and announces a competition for the “Award for Excellence in Teaching” for the 18th consecutive year.
The Competition is open to all the Teachers of CBSE Schools in Kerala. The topic for the competition this year is “Token Transition or Total Transformation – The Choice before Us”.
The Award carries a certificate, citation and cash prizes of Rs.5,000/-, Rs.3,000/-, and Rs.2,000/- respectively for the 1st , 2nd , and 3rd prize winners. The winning schools shall receive Scrolls of Honour.
Teachers participating in the competition are required to submit typed write-up in English not exceeding three pages, duly attested by the Principal, to Executive Trustee, Vidyodaya Trust on or before 30th October 2020, with mobile number and email Id of the contestant as well as of the school.
The write-ups shall be screened by eminent educationalists and those selected in the preliminary screening will have to present the topic (on line or off line) before a group consisting of Teachers, Students and Educationalists by the end of December 2020 at Ernakulam. There is no registration fee for the competition.
