Vidyodaya has always been at the forefront in adopting innovative programmes for the benefit of its students. Vidyodaya Innovation Nurture Scheme(VINS), a student’s Inno Lab – the first of its kind in the country – set up in collaboration with KITCO is yet another venture. The objective of VINS is to kindle the spirit of Innovation in students and to introduce them to the world of entrepreneurship. The sessions in this academic year will cover a wide range of topics wherein the students will be constantly exposed to new ideas, new thinking and new possibilities.
In this third year of functioning VINS programme has expanded and has now two batches, VINS SMART(for standard 6, 7 and 8 students) and VINS ROBOTICS(for standard 6, 7, 8 and 9 students).
VINS SMART programme aims to instil in students 21st century skills, foster a scientific bent of mind and initiate creativity in them.
VINS ROBOTICS programme is a year long course specifically designed to introduce the students to the fascinating world of building robots. The selected students diligently worked on various projects which exposed them to diverse innovations from programming a microcontroller, using a sensor, using a 3D printer and using a software to design 3D models for components required for various projects.
