Martial Arts like Kalarippayat, Taekwondo and Karate are practised for a variety of reasons like self defence, competition, physical health and fitness, entertainment as well as mental, physical and spiritual development. Training for the above mentioned martial arts are given in the school.

Kalarippayat is one of the oldest living traditions of martial training, physical culture and self defence method in the world. Self defence techniques and basic kalari are taught.

Taekwondo, disciplines the mind and the body and it is a combat and self defence technique which empowers our children physically and mentally. This art form is taught in our school and the students are taken for various external competitions both at the State and National level.

Karate is another life skill, the mastery of which improves the individual self esteem and confidence and disciplines the mind. Training is given in the basic self defence techniques.
