Kerala Day was celebrated on 1st November 2023. Former Chief Secretary and eminent poet Dr. Joe Vazhayil inaugurated the programme. The variety entertainment programme which included Kerala song, Thiruvathirakali, Daffumuttu and Kollkalli by the Vidyodayan students was a visual treat for all. The Chakiyarkoothu performed by our Sanskrit teacher Sooraj Kumar enthralled the audience. Vidyodaya Trust Vice chairman Major M G C Nair, Executive Trustee Dr P Sreekumar, Principal Geetha Rajeev, Nursery in charge Sunitha A Menon and Programme coordinator Jayasree felicitated the event.The week long programme included a class wise blue board competition related to the birth centenary of malayalam novelists and a house wise competition on the topic Clean Kerala was organised.
